IIDA NY Hosts Forum on Times Square Reconstruction

International Interior Design Association’s New York Chapter (IIDA NY) is kicking off its 16th annual “Pioneering Design Lecture Series” with a timely discussion on the Times Square Reconstruction Project.

Claire Fellman, landscape architect with Snohetta, will discuss where the project is, where it’s headed, and why this change was needed. Jennifer So Godenzo, the Planning Director for Transportation Alternatives, will address the advocacy behind this project to cut down on the traffic problems and make it a more pedestrian-friendly space.

A cocktail reception will precede the two lectures, and attendees will be able to participate in a Q&A following the presentations.
