Speakers include Gillian Gillette, Mayor Ed Lee’s transportation policy director and the champion of the current effort to tear down a portion of I-280; Douglas Burnham, the principal and founder of Envelope A+D, architects that designed ProxySF along Octavia Boulevard; and Chris Carlsson, a local historian, activist, and founder of Shaping San Francisco.
