Digital Wall Décor: AIA Continuing Education Course

Wall décor is an integral part of architectural design.  Digital large-format printing technology has enabled the production of custom wall décor to expand interior design in ways never before possible.

Architects and interior designers are partnering with customers to update wall décor across multiple industry segments.  From large and small retail shops to hospitals, restaurants and modern condos they are creating innovative custom wall décor.  They are creating unique environments printing BIG images on walls that are integrated with the décor theme and color.

Digital wall décor makes on-demand custom wallcoverings possible.  Technology is available to easily design and then print custom wallcoverings on a variety of wallcovering media with great image quality and environmental benefits.

Hewlett-Packard has developed the Digital Wall Décor course to assist architects and interior designers better understand digital wall décor trends, printing and media technologies and methods of installation.  Professionals designing and integrating wallcoverings into building designs will find the course very valuable.  This course is registered with AIA CES for continuing professional education.

HP has partnered with one of our leading partners NuSign Supply to provide this class on June 27th in their facility in the City of Industry.  Following the class there will be live demonstrations printing and installing custom wallcoverings.
