2012 Hot Dog Restaurant Artistic Fellowship
Zog’s Dogs (www.zogs-dogs.com), a hot dog restaurant located in Downtown San Francisco, is accepting applications for the 3rd annual artistic fellowship at their restaurant. Zog’s Dogs is a strong supporter of artistic endeavors, and creative proposals that reimagine the hot dog, the restaurant experience, and food in general, are encouraged.
Proposals that utilize the company website, or the internet medium, are also encouraged. Please submit proposals for the most creative and evocative use of the full restaurant, including the following resources: 1 Kiosk approximately 22’ Length x 6’ depth x 11’ height 1 Autofry deep fryer 1 Griddle 1 Food warmer 1 Cash register 3 Chili/sauerkraut/nacho cheese warmers 1 Industrial grade toaster 1 Steamer 1 Lemonade machine 2 Sinks 1 Refrigerator 2 Freezers $100 Food value (wholesale) 1 Company website.
The accepted fellow will have access to Zog’s Dogs staff and training as needed for the successful execution of the proposal. Zog’s Dogs is located at 646 Market St. at Montgomery St., one of San Francisco’s busiest intersections, located in the Financial District.
