		<description>Spruce up the parking garage?  Could you provide some sort of description of the project as the renderings provided are confusing?  I&#039;m all for art installation projects that &quot;spruce up&quot; parking garages and I love Ball Nogues work in general, but this project seems pretty lame.</description>
