		<description>Olympic facilities would have a better chance of success post-Games if they were established in areas where they will actually be used by the people who live in the city afterwards. The consolidated - and therefore isolated - Olympic sites prefered by the IOC in order to more easily separate the games from the general public are the problem. Taking the venues to the people is the key to them succeeding in the long-term as civic spaces.</description>
