Chicago Debate: Wrigley Fast Pitch: Renovation Wreck or Refreshed Design?

The Chicago Cubs have grand designs for renovating Wrigley Field and the area surrounding the ballpark. If the proposed design changes aren’t resolved with the neighborhood and team owner, Wrigley might move to the suburbs. Is this a Cubs Win or Cubs Lose opportunity? Can you actually design a better stadium elsewhere? Should the historic Wrigley Field simply stick with neighborhood constraints to keep the baseball experience alive on the north side? Join us for nine innings of lively debate about Wrigley Field moderated by Edward Lifson together with Elva Rubio, Bill Savage, Dan Meis, and Jonathan Eig to discover why design matters (even if it might not help the Cubs win the World Series).
