Less than 12 hours are left for the contest deadline.
Please visit the contest website for additional info.

Design a development of 20 homes for a city site that can be built for less than £75,000 each.

This is the second year  this competition has been organised by NaC&SBA; in association with Grand Designs Live. This year we are seeking innovative ideas for a group self build project in a typical urban location. The competition is designed to showcase designs for clever sustainable homes, and to that prove that low cost homes can also be a very attractive too. The judges include UKTV presenter Kevin McCloud.

The Self Build on a Shoestring in the City ideas competition is open to anyone – though entrants will have to prepare detailed drawings, and assemble some carefully worked out construction costs.
